This week has been especially chilly... we have woken up to rain and went to bed with it raining... and as a result, the leaves have been changing very quickly! The pine firs hold their green while the poplars turn their bright yellow color before our eyes. No hard woods here! Green and Yellow... everywhere. Good Packers colors, says Aaron. Today after dinner before I am about to embark on my weekend of he** at the hospital, we went for a drive- not 100 yeard from our house were a big mom moose and her baby muchin' away next to the road. We drove up to Flatop just after the sun set, and managed to get a few good photos of the red hills and yes, the SNOW that had just recently fallen in the mountaintops. Yes folks, SNOW is here in Anchorage. Even when we were up there, snow fell on us tonight! Wow... buckle up-- here it comes! We are lavishing in what will be Fall and soon that snow will be upon us I am sure!
